1. Overview

WallMotion is a digital product (macOS application) delivered electronically. Before completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)).

The 3-day refund window described below is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by Tapp Studio as a goodwill policy, not a legal obligation.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Period

  • Refund window: 3 days from the date of purchase
  • After 3 days: No refunds will be issued

2.2 Eligible Reasons

Refunds are only granted within the 3-day window for the following reasons:

  • Application fails to launch: The app cannot be opened or crashes immediately on startup on a supported macOS version
  • Unable to download video: The app cannot download an unlicensed (freely available) video from a supported source
  • Unable to set video wallpaper: A downloaded video cannot be set as a desktop wallpaper (screen saver) through the app

No other reasons for refund will be accepted. Dissatisfaction with features, design preferences, or subjective expectations do not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request

  1. Email us at info@tapp-studio.cz within 3 days of purchase
  2. Include:
    • Email address used for purchase
    • Description of the issue (app won't launch / can't download video / can't set wallpaper)
    • Your macOS version
    • Screenshots or screen recording demonstrating the problem

3.2 Processing

  • Review: We will review your request within 3 business days
  • Refund method: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • License revocation: Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and all registered devices removed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 3-day refund window
  • Issues caused by unsupported macOS versions or hardware
  • Problems with copyrighted or region-restricted video content
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with features, appearance, or performance
  • Issues caused by third-party software, VPNs, or network restrictions
  • Fraudulent or repeated refund requests
  • Refusal to cooperate with our support team during diagnostics and issue verification — if you do not respond to our requests or refuse to provide information needed to assess your refund claim, the refund cannot be approved
